at 2 AM on Sunday, March 14th, 2010 Europe, Asia and Australia are on "winter time" for a few more weeks.... Daylight Saving time in Europe starts on March 28th, in Australia on April 4th, dates in Asia, South America and Africa vary. special event Wednesday, March 17th
